Dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) during the first 90 days post-randomisation in OCEANIC-STROKE: participant characteristics and interaction with asundexian
- The OCEANIC-STROKE trial enrolled a NCIS and high-riskTIA population, two-thirds of whom were treated with DAPT in the first 90 days
The efficacy and safety of asundexian in the first 90 days were similar in those treated with or without DAPT
- Modelling DAPT as a time-varying covariate showed no significant interaction between the effect of asundexian and antiplatelet treatment for the outcomes of ischaemic stroke, ISTH major bleeding as well as the secondary efficacy and safety outcomes
