    Finerenone in Spain is indicated in adults for the treatment of CKD (with albuminuria) associated with type 2 diabetes, the indication for treatment of HF EF ≥ 40% is not approved in Spain.
    Finerenona en España está indicada en adultos para el tratamiento de la ERC (con albuminuria) asociada a diabetes tipo 2, la indicación para el tratamiento de la IC FE ≥40% no está aprobada en España

    Vericiguat is indicated for the treatment of symptomatic chronic heart failure in adult patients with reduced ejection fraction who are stabilized after a recent decompensation event requiring i.v. therapy. Not authorized in Spain for patients with HFrEF without a recent worsening heart failure event. The VELOCITY study and related titration scheme are still not part of the vericiguat prescribing information.
    Vericiguat está indicado para el tratamiento de la insuficiencia cardiaca crónica sintomática en pacientes adultos con fracción de eyección reducida que están estabilizados después de un episodio reciente de descompensación que requirió tratamiento por vía intravenosa. No autorizado en España para pacientes con IC-FEr sin un episodio reciente de descompensación de la insuficiencia cardiaca. El estudio VELOCITY y el esquema de titulación relacionado aún no forman parte de la información de prescripción de vericiguat.

    Acoramidis is currently indicated for the treatment of wild-type or variant transthyretin amyloidosis in adult patients with cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM). Acoramidis está indicado para el tratamiento de la amiloidosis por transtiretina de tipo nativa o variante en pacientes adultos con miocardiopatía (ATTR-CM).

    Gene Therapy AB-1002 is an investigational gene therapy currently in phase II clinical trial. AB-1002 es una terapia génica en investigación, actualmente en ensayo clínico fase II.
