The Vericiguat in Vasospastic Angina (ViVA) trial: a double-blind placebo-controlled randomized cross-over study
- The ViVA trial is the first randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, cross-over trial evaluating the effects of the sGC stimulator vericiguat on peripheral vasodilator function and angina symptoms in patients with coronary vasospasm.
- Vericiguat was safe and generally well-tolerated.
