Improvement of health status with acoramidis in patients with wild-type and variant transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy: KCCQ domains analysis from the ATTRibute-CM study

To evaluate the effects of acoramidis on KCCQ domain and summary scores in participants with ATTRwt-CM and ATTRv-CM.

In ATTRibute-CM, acoramidis preserved HF-related health status versus placebo in both ATTRwt-CM and ATTRv-CM subgroups, reinforcing the clinically meaningful, patient-centred benefits of acoramidis.

Acoramidis showed consistent separation exceeding the MCID threshold for meaningful improvement versus placebo across nearly all KCCQ individual domain scores in both subgroups.

Acoramidis provided a large (> 20 points) magnitude of benefit in several KCCQ domains in ATTRv-CM, which may reflect the high disease burden in this subgroup.
